Before working with Gemma…
I started my business at the beginning of the pandemic, and grew quite quickly with one to one clients, but wasn’t really making the income or the impact I wanted to make.
I loved one to ones but I missed working in a group setting. I was finding it hard to turn work down and was on the path to burnout. I love groups and I think I’m really good at running them, so Amplify came along at the right time and I felt like it was the right fit for me.

It took me a long time to figure out my messaging.
Amplify is a reiterative process. I took a step at a time, got feedback from the group, and help on the calls.
I really turned a corner when Gemma came to me and said did I want to chat through my messaging.
I started my group with just one person, which on reflection worked well. It grew organically and kept me accountable.
My confidence slowly built as the number of people in my group increased.
You can learn so much from having one person in your group.
You can be really flexible - I’ve changed the name of my group three times! Your group can evolve and develop over time.
Recognising that it sometimes take us a while to understand what we want from our business and we need to test and try that.
I have struggled with the whole business coaching world in that there’s not a lot of nuance in it sometimes, but this has allowed me to find a space for my voice and values.

I’ve started my Evergreen programme, I’m getting regular income from it, and it’s given me confidence to take on Associate Coaches.
Amplify has been a really positive experience. It’s been business-changing for me. I don’t think I would be where I am now without it. I feel like I’ve fast-tracked my progress. It’s been fun, insightful, I’ve felt supported. It’s a safe space to be brave and courageous.

What are you looking forward to next?
I’m looking forward to finish recording all the modules then start refining and tweaking everything. I want to keep enrolling people onto my programme. I want to create a business that fits into the life that I want.
