There’s a version of your business where you’re not sitting on Zoom all day

Replace exhausting launches and endless 1:1 delivery with a leveraged group programme that grows year-round.
That’s what we build inside Amplify.

I came to Gemma wanting more time and energy and I absolutely got that and so much more. What I got was an end-to-end system for how to create, market and sell my programme. I went from working 40+ hours a week to 25 hours, making more money.

Your business works… but only if you do

And you are so ready to change that.

Maybe you got fully booked with 1:1 clients, only to realise that twelve back-to-back calls isn't quite the week you imagined. Grabbing a cup of tea before the next session, repeating the same conversation with six different clients, ending the day feeling like a zombie in front of the tv. Thinking to yourself, I can’t keep doing this for the next 10 years.

Or maybe you've already launched a group programme. Only to realise you’re now trapped in endless exhausting launch cycles. The pre-launch anxiety, the ‘will I fill all the places’ fear, the post-launch ‘omg I can’t do this all over again’ feeling. That model was never built for us more introverted souls, even if you tell yourself you love them and ‘they work’.

Either way, you end up in the same place: revenue slows down the moment you stop pushing.

What you actually want is pretty simple.

Time to think. Space in your calendar to run the workshop you've been putting off. Going to the gym or for that dog walk in the middle of the day. White space for a day on business strategy.

And a business that feels sustainable, allowing you to do great work with great people, whilst actually enjoying your life.

That’s the work we do together in Amplify.

Amplify helps established coaches and service providers build a leveraged business model that grows beyond their available hours.

For some clients, that means launching their first group programme. For others, it means moving an existing programme away from exhausting launch cycles and into a model that attracts clients year-round.

We do that by building a smart, leveraged group programme that delivers great results for clients without fifteen hours of coaching calls or relentless launch cycles.

“On average we’re bringing on between two and three coaches a week without having to launch. And that for me is way more comfortable than bringing on 15 at one go”

Dan Smith - Business Coach for PTs & Nutritionists

Is Amplify right for you?

Most clients join in one of three situations:

1. You’re fully booked with 1-1 clients
Your calendar is full and growing further means working more hours. You want a leveraged programme that can replace a meaningful chunk of your delivery.

2. You're running a group programme but stuck in launch cycles
You know groups work, but every launch feels like starting from zero. You want more consistent enrolments without the rollercoaster.

3. You already have an evergreen programme, but it’s not growing
Clients join occasionally, but not predictably. You need sharper positioning, better messaging, and a stronger enrolment system.

You’re a great fit if:

  • You’ve worked with paying clients and can show results

  • You have an existing audience or referral network (an email list, social following, or steady referrals)

  • You’re ready to focus on growing your group over the next 6 months

Amplify isn’t for you if:

  • You’re new to business and aren’t clear on your offer yet

  • You want to sell low-ticket memberships or courses under £400

  • You want a quick fix. This is a proven system but it takes focus and commitment

“I’m now filling the programme each month, without doing any sales calls… and hit my first 10K month”

Joanna Lott, Business Coach

Trying to ‘do less’ whilst ‘adding more’

Most business owners try to grow beyond 1-1 by adding more offers. A membership that’s meant to be an easy yes. A course that’s supposedly ‘passive’ (lol). A group programme that turns ten 1:1 clients into 90 minutes a week.

The problem is, each one sits on top of your existing workload, giving you more to do not less. And never quite financially pulling its weight to give you the confidence to let go of some of your 1:1.

Your energy ends up chaotically scattered across three offers, with nothing having the time and space to grow.

What if instead you got one idea working really well first?

For most experienced service providers, that idea is a group programme. Not a course. Not a membership. Because a group programme allows you to charge enough to genuinely replace your 1:1 income, you don’t need a massive audience to fill it and you stay close enough to clients to keep getting the results that built your reputation in the first place.

“I had 15 sign-up for my initial offer live on my webinar for the group programme, giving me revenue of over £17K. I’ve gone on to help over 35 doctors in the first year of business with the programme.”

Jo Watkins - Business Coach For Medics

How I cut my delivery to 3-5 hours a week, grew to £20K months… and built a business I didn’t need a holiday from

Hey, I’m Gemma Gilbert.

A few years ago, my business looked a lot like yours might now.

I was fully booked with 1:1 clients. On paper, it looked like success. But in reality, I finished most days too drained to even hold a conversation at dinner. I was missing dog walks, scrambling through school drop-offs, and building exactly the kind of business I'd started my own company to escape.

So, I tried all the usual ways to 'scale' beyond 1:1.

I launched a membership and grew it to £10K months, only to realise the model was overly complicated and lacked the close client relationships I loved most.

I tried every format of group programme and ended up stuck in relentless launch-and-deliver cycles that made marketing exhausting and left my income back at zero once it finished.

I juggled so many offers that I completely lost sight of who my ideal client was and what I was actually known for.

I thought to scale I needed to keep adding more. More offers. More exhausting launches.

But I actually found the answer in doing less.

Simplifying everything down to one brilliant programme I could enrol clients into with ease.

One offer, available all year round

Amplify is built around a different model to most group programme training.

Instead of teaching you how to run a 12-week programme that relies on launches, we design a group structure that can always run in the background. That means you can enrol clients in a rhythm - the same way you already get 1:1 clients.

A lead comes in, you follow your sales process, they join. Either straight away or on the next monthly kick-off call. They don’t wait four months for the next cohort. You don’t need a big launch to make it happen, but you can layer one in for extra momentum when you want it.

Clients buy when they’re ready. On their timeline, not your launch calendar.

You can start with three to ten clients and grow from there. You don’t need 10,000 in your audience to begin. And now you have a model where each new client doesn’t add another hour into your calendar.

What this looks like in the real world

£17K from a first group launch
Jo signed 15 clients from her first webinar and generated £17K in revenue.

First £10K month without sales calls
Joanna filled her programme each month and hit her first £10K month.

40+ hours down to 25 hours a week
Emma built a complete programme ecosystem and increased revenue while working less.

2-3 new clients per week without launching
Dan moved away from launch cycles and built a more predictable enrolment model.

More family time and better client results
Gareth created a business that felt lighter to run while delivering stronger outcomes.

“Every day I’m getting messages from people asking if they can join my programme. I deliver better outcomes for clients and have more time to spend with my family”

Gareth James - Poker Coach

The Amplify Roadmap

There are six steps we take together to get there:

1. Clarify your niche and offer
Get crystal clear on who you help, the problem you solve, and the outcome you're known for.

2. Build a curriculum that teaches without you
Create a programme clients actually complete, with content doing the teaching and live calls focused on implementation.

3. Set up evergreen enrolment
Design a structure that allows clients to join year-round without relying on launches.

4. Install your marketing rhythms
Build a simple system for attracting leads, creating trust, and enrolling clients consistently.

5. Build your funnel and sales process
Create a clear path from stranger to client, then layer in ads when you're ready to scale.

6. Create a client experience people rave about
Deliver great results without over-delivering, burning out, or becoming the bottleneck.

Six months from now...

You'll have:

  • A clear flagship group programme

  • A curriculum that doesn't rely on you teaching everything live

  • An evergreen enrolment model you can grow over time

  • A marketing and sales system designed to bring clients in year-round

  • A clear plan for replacing more of your 1:1 income

  • A business that's less dependent on your time than when you started

“Amplify taught me to generate consistent leads, consistent income and I’m making more than I was making before”

Emma Taggart - Leadership Coach

The support you get in Amplify

The hardest part of building a group programme isn’t the curriculum or the tech. It’s the positioning and messaging - and it’s nearly impossible to get right on your own. You’re too close to it.

You get direct access to my thinking on your business - on calls, in written feedback on your copy, and in the application process before you even start. Clients regularly say it’s the piece that changes how they see their whole business, not just their programme.

And alongside that, I’ll give you a step-by-step structure to follow. There are a lot of moving pieces to get right and in the right order. The Amplify Roadmap lays it all out so you’re not wondering what to focus on next.

Practically, that looks like:

🚀 A 90 minute kick-off call to map out your strategy, timeline and immediate next steps

💻 Weekly group coaching calls - Tuesdays at 2pm and Thursdays at 10am UK time, three weeks out of four

✍️ Detailed video feedback on your posts, emails, and sales pages from a dedicated copy coach

💪 A monthly 1:1 session for accountability and the things you don’t want to say in a group with our Amplify 1-1 Coach.

📢 A paid ads expert and monthly clinic once you’re ready to add that layer

📹 A step-by-step learning pathway in short focused modules you can actually finish

🙋‍♀️ A community of people doing the same thing, at a similar level

💚 AND… unlimited 1:1 with me when you need to go deeper

Some things are better done 1:1. Messaging, niche work, a big structural decision - these often need a in depth conversation rather than a group call. So whenever you need it, you can book time with me directly. No limit, no extra cost. I love working closely with clients and I want you to have access to me when it matters.

“Since I've started, I have had two 10k months, which is something I never ever thought was possible”

Lauren Leopold - Business Coach

Monthly

How to join Amplify

I enrol up to 5 clients per month. Most places are filled in advance.

If you’d like to be considered, the first step is to apply.

This programme works best when it’s the right fit for both of us.

You need to feel confident this is the right model for your business. And I need to know I can genuinely help you move forward.

If that feels aligned, here’s what happens next:

Step 1: Complete the application
Share where you’re at in your business, what you’re working towards, and what’s currently not working.

The more honest and specific you are, the more useful I can be.

Step 2: Personal video response

I’ll review your application and send you a private video with my thoughts.

If it’s a strong fit, I’ll outline exactly how I’d approach your situation and offer you a place, along with the next start date.

If it’s not, I’ll tell you, and point you in a better direction.

I’ve worked with 250+ clients on this, and I’m selective about who I bring in.

Not because this is exclusive for the sake of it, but because this model only works when the timing, offer, and goals are aligned.

Let’s find out if Amplify is the right next step.

It’s been a level up in my mindset, how I approach marketing and sales. How I think of myself as a business owner.”

FAQs

  • Amplify is designed for experienced service-based business owners who are fully booked or close to it, and who already have an audience (email list, social following, referrals) but want to move into a more leveraged model. If you’re at the stage where you’ve proven demand for your 1:1 work and you’re ready to reach more people without burning out, this is for you.

  • Ideally you have 1000+ subscribers on an email list or social media platform.

If you have a smaller, warm audience, we can launch your first group programme but I don’t recommend moving to the evergreen model until we’ve built your audience. I’ll help you make this decision in Amplify.

If you don’t have any audience at all, you’ll find Amplify a stretch - I’d recommend waiting until you’ve got that piece in place.

  • Amplify works across industries: coaching, therapy, consulting, education, even niche services. The frameworks are flexible but specific enough that you won’t be left wondering what to do. I’ll help you adapt everything to your context.

Here’s some industries I have worked with: coaches (business, leadership, poker, health, mindset, sales), therapists, tutors, physical therapists, fertility experts, dog trainers and sleep consultants. The common thread is they all want to create a more leveraged model to serve their clients in a group or hybrid group and 1-1.

    • Weekly group coaching calls with me

    • Monthly 30-minute 1:1 with our Amplify coach

    • Copy and content feedback

    • Facebook/Instagram ads support (if you choose to run them)

    • Step-by-step curriculum covering niche, structure, delivery, evergreen marketing, and sales

    • Private Slack community

  • Absolutely. We'll look at your existing client base, where you have the most credibility, who you can deliver the biggest ROI to and where your zone of genius is to hone in your profitable niche.

  • Yes. About half my clients join with an existing group programme. Either because they want to shift from a cohort model to evergreen and remove high-pressure launches, or they already have an evergreen programme but want to improve their messaging, marketing and sales systems to enrol more clients into it.

  • In our kick-off call, I’ll help figure out the right pace for you.

Most clients spend 5 hours per week between calls, curriculum, and implementation. Some weeks less, some more depending on what stage of your programme build/marketing you’re at.

  • Nope! I’ll share my favourite tools but there is no requirement to use them. I show you how to create a minimum viable product which costs virtually nothing. Our group uses a huge range of tech and we openly share what we love (and what we don’t!).

  • It’s kind of up to you. I’ve had clients take their group programme to market within a month, and others have taken 3-6 months. You can be the tortoise or the hare. There’s no right or wrong - just your own timeline and how much time you can commit.

  • No. There are a lot of people who will teach you how to build a ‘high-converting automated webinar’. The problem is, these are tech-heavy, cumbersome to create, and often they don’t work - and it’s hard to figure out why. Plus, they’re often filled with salesy BS instead of actual value.

Personally, I don’t love buying from automated webinars either - it feels impersonal and salesy.

I prefer creating buying experiences that are led by human connection. That might be live workshops, sales calls or chatting via DMs and sending people to a google doc or sales page.

You may want to test an automated webinar once you’ve mastered selling your programme, but I don’t believe it’s a sensible place to start. It’s too easy to put in a shit load of work and make no sales. Automation follows mastery.

If you want to create an automated webinar, I’m not the best person to help you with that.

  • I enrol up to 5 new Amplifiers each month. Assuming I have space, you can start as soon as we can make our calendars align. Please note, I don't work in August.

  • No. And I want to be upfront about that. Your results depend on many factors - your effort, your audience, your niche, your pricing, and even your personal circumstances outside of business.

What I do guarantee is this:

    • You’ll get access to a proven framework that’s helped over 250 clients design and sell group programmes.

    • You’ll have my personal support (and that of the Amplify coach, Copy Coach, Ads Specialist and community) every step of the way.

Most clients make their investment back with their first launch. Many go on to create consistent group programme revenue. But it’s not automatic, and I won’t pretend it is.

  • Most clients choose to continue. You can roll into Amplify alumni at £900 + VAT per quarter for ongoing coaching, support, and community. That way you don’t lose momentum.
