Build predictable 10K months around one group programme
A six-month mentorship for established business owners who want to turn a proven group programme into a bigger, more consistent source of revenue.
Currently enrolling for September kick off call (3 spaces available)
“I’m now filling the programme each month, without doing any sales calls… and hit my first 10K month”
Joanna Lott, Business Coach
You’re in the right place if you’d love your group programme to bring in consistent, predictable revenue
You love your group programme. You love delivering it. Clients get great results and rave about it. You know people will pay for it.
But you’d love it to be playing a bigger financial role in your business.
Maybe it’s currently something you run one or twice a year.
You have a great sales month when you run it. But that requires talking about in constantly, sending 12 emails, running a workshop and filling your calendar with sales calls.
And when you stop actively promoting it, the sales stop too.
Or maybe your launches feel super unpredictable. You get twenty people one launch, and the next ten, even though you did the exact same thing.
Which means you end up launching more offers or taking on more 1-1 clients to make up your income.
You’d love your group programme to become the core offer in your business, bringing in predictable £10k months (or whatever that meaningful number is for you).
You know the programme works.
You’re just not sure what needs to change to get it there.
More leads? Better positioning? Higher prices? A different programme structure? Evergreen enrolment? Bigger launches? Better marketing?
That’s what we figure out inside Amplify.
“On average we’re bringing on between two and three coaches a week without having to launch. And that for me is way more comfortable than bringing on 15 at one go”
Dan Smith - Business Coach for PTs & Nutritionists
The programme that got you your first 10 or 20 clients probably isn’t the same programme model that will get you to predictable £10k months
When you first create a group programme, the goal is mostly to fill it with enough people so it feels like a group.
The questions are: Can you sell it? Can you deliver it? Do people get results?
And once you've done that a few times, you start to notice things.
Some clients engage more than others. Some get much better results. Some need a lot more support.
There are bits of the programme you love delivering, and other bits that start to feel pretty heavy when you imagine doing them for 30 clients instead of 10.
You notice things about the selling too.
Launches can feel pretty exhausting with all the pressure on one sales push to bring in all your clients.
Every time you want another group of clients, it feels like you have to crank the whole marketing machine back up again.
None of this means your programme isn't working.
It means you're solving a different problem now.
You're no longer trying to prove you can sell and deliver a great group programme. You're trying to build one that can become a predictable 5K, £10k or 15k-a-month part of your business.
And that requires some different decisions.
Over the past six years, I’ve helped more than 300 business owners build and grow group programmes.
I've found there are three big ones we usually need to get right.
1. Position your programme around the clients you want more of
As your programme grows, who you fill it with starts to matter just as much as how many people join.
You know the clients you want more of. They show up, do the work, get brilliant results and don't need you to drag them through the programme. (Another 20 of you please.)
We'll look at who those clients are, what makes them different and what they were looking for when they found you.
Then we'll sharpen your positioning around them, so more of the right people recognise your programme as being exactly what they need.
2. Build the programme model for the revenue you want
The programme that worked brilliantly with eight clients might start to creak a bit with 30.
Maybe everyone gets a 1:1 call. You're answering questions in three different places. People can only join twice a year. Or the numbers simply don't work unless you fill 25 places every launch.
We'll work backwards from the business you actually want.
Your income goal. Your pricing. Your capacity. How often people join. How long they stay. What support they get — and how much of it genuinely needs to come from you.
The goal isn't a bigger programme.
It's a programme that can generate more revenue, get brilliant results and still be one you actually want to run.
3. Build marketing that keeps working when you’re not
If you want to fill your group programme consistently, you need a consistent flow of new people coming into your world.
It's very hard to create predictable sales if you're relying on the same audience you've been talking to for the last three years (they've heard you lol).
We'll look at how you're bringing in a steady flow of cold leads and build marketing assets that keep working long after you've created them.
A workshop you can run again. A lead magnet bringing in new people every week. Ads that run in the background. An email sequence building belief while you're walking the dog.
So you're consistently bringing new people in, warming them up and giving them opportunities to buy.
And when you want to enrol clients, you already have warm people to sell to — rather than panic-DMing everyone who commented on your last LinkedIn post.
“Every day I’m getting messages from people asking if they can join my programme. I deliver better outcomes for clients and have more time to spend with my family”
Gareth James - Poker Coach
How I cut my delivery to 3-5 hours a week, grew to £20K months… and built a business I didn’t need a holiday from
Hey, I’m Gemma Gilbert.
A few years ago, my business looked a lot like yours might now.
I was fully booked with 1:1 clients. On paper, it looked like success. But in reality, I finished most days too drained to even hold a conversation at dinner. I was missing dog walks, scrambling through school drop-offs, and building exactly the kind of business I'd started my own company to escape.
So, I tried all the usual ways to 'scale' beyond 1:1.
I launched a membership and grew it to £10K months, only to realise the model was overly complicated and lacked the close client relationships I loved most.
I tried every format of group programme and ended up stuck in relentless launch-and-deliver cycles that made marketing exhausting and left my income back at zero once it finished.
I juggled so many offers that I completely lost sight of who my ideal client was and what I was actually known for.
I thought to scale I needed to keep adding more. More offers. More exhausting launches.
But I actually found the answer in doing less.
Simplifying everything down to one brilliant programme I could enrol clients into with ease.
Today, more than 75% of my revenue comes from that one programme, and I've built my business around making that programme better rather than constantly thinking about what I can sell next.
I came to Gemma wanting more time and energy and I absolutely got that and so much more. What I got was an end-to-end system for how to create, market and sell my programme. I went from working 40+ hours a week to 25 hours, making more money.

The Amplify Roadmap
There isn't one magic funnel or marketing strategy that suddenly creates predictable £10k months from your group programme.
And you probably don't need to completely overhaul your positioning, programme model AND marketing all at once.
The hardest part is knowing which thing actually needs your attention.
So we start Amplify with a diagnostic and private Roadmap call where we look at where your business is now, where you want your group programme to get to and what's currently getting in the way.
Maybe your positioning needs tightening. Maybe your programme is brilliant but the numbers don't work. Maybe you need more leads. Or maybe you have plenty of leads and they're just not buying.
We'll work out the biggest priorities for your business and build your Amplify Roadmap around them.
Then over the six months, we work on the right things in the right order - looking at what's happening, what the numbers are telling us and what needs your attention next.
Six months from now, you’ll have:
One exceptional group programme you’re increasingly known for
Positioning that attracts more of the clients you actually want
A programme model built around your income goals, capacity and the way you want to work
A consistent flow of new potential clients coming into your world
Marketing assets that keep working long after you've created them
A simple rhythm for warming those people up and giving them opportunities to buy
A much better understanding of your numbers and what to work on next
A group programme doing much more of the financial heavy lifting in your business
“I had 15 sign-up for my initial offer live on my webinar for the group programme, giving me revenue of over £17K. I’ve gone on to help over 35 doctors in the first year of business with the programme.”
Jo Watkins - Business Coach For Medics
Is Amplify right for you?
Amplify is for established business owners who want to make a proven group programme a bigger, more consistent source of revenue.
You’re likely a great fit if:
You already have a group programme that works (or have successfully run one before)
You have proven expertise and strong client results
You have an existing audience (e.g. email list, social media following, strong referral partnership)
You’re ready to focus on growing your group programme over the next six months
Amplify probably isn’t for you if you’re new to business, still figuring out what you sell, or want to build a low-ticket membership or course.
“Amplify taught me to generate consistent leads, consistent income and I’m making more than I was making before”
Emma Taggart - Leadership Coach
The support you get in Amplify
The hardest part isn’t knowing there are things you could improve.
It’s knowing which thing actually matters right now.
Do you need more leads? Better positioning? A stronger programme? More consistent marketing? Better conversion? Or do you actually need to stop fiddling with all of that and give something time to work?
That’s where the coaching inside Amplify matters.
You get my eyes on your business to help you spot what you can’t always see when you’re in the middle of it - and decide what deserves your attention next.
You’ll have your own Amplify Roadmap, so you’re not trying to fix everything at once or automatically working through the same curriculum as everyone else.
Practically, that looks like:
🚀 An initial diagnostic + private 45-minute Roadmap call
We’ll look at where your business is now, identify the biggest priorities and map out what to focus on during Amplify.
💻 90-minute Amplify calls, three Tuesdays a month
Focused teaching and analysis from me, followed by coaching, hot seats and discussion around what you’re actually working on.
💬 Slack support every Tuesday + Thursday
Bring questions, decisions and sticking points to me between calls so you can keep moving.
✍️ Specialist copy feedback
Get detailed feedback on your emails, sales pages and other marketing from our dedicated copy coach.
📹 A training library you use according to your Roadmap
Short, focused training and resources when you need them, rather than another course you have to work through from beginning to end.
🙋♀️ A room of established business owners building the same kind of business
People who understand what you’re trying to do and can share ideas, experience and perspective.
“Since I've started, I have had two 10k months, which is something I never ever thought was possible”
Lauren Leopold - Business Coach

How to join Amplify
I enrol up to 5 clients per month.
If you’d like to be considered, the first step is to apply.
This programme works best when it’s the right fit for both of us.
You need to feel confident this is the right model for your business. And I need to know I can genuinely help you move forward.
If that feels aligned, here’s what happens next:
Step 1: Complete the application
Share where you’re at in your business, what you’re working towards, and what’s currently not working.
The more honest and specific you are, the more useful I can be.
Step 2: Personal video response
I’ll review your application and send you a private video with my thoughts.
If it’s a strong fit, I’ll outline exactly how I’d approach your situation and offer you a place, along with the next start date.
If it’s not, I’ll tell you, and point you in a better direction.
I’ve worked with 250+ clients on this, and I’m selective about who I bring in.
Not because this is exclusive for the sake of it, but because this model only works when the timing, offer, and goals are aligned.
Let’s find out if Amplify is the right next step.
“It’s been a level up in my mindset, how I approach marketing and sales. How I think of myself as a business owner.”

FAQs

Amplify is designed for experienced service-based business owners who are fully booked or close to it, and who already have an audience (email list, social following, referrals) but want to move into a more leveraged model. If you’re at the stage where you’ve proven demand for your 1:1 work and you’re ready to reach more people without burning out, this is for you.
-
Ideally you have 1000+ subscribers on an email list or social media platform.
If you have a smaller, warm audience, we can launch your first group programme but I don’t recommend moving to the evergreen model until we’ve built your audience. I’ll help you make this decision in Amplify.
If you don’t have any audience at all, you’ll find Amplify a stretch - I’d recommend waiting until you’ve got that piece in place.
-
Amplify works across industries: coaching, therapy, consulting, education, even niche services. The frameworks are flexible but specific enough that you won’t be left wondering what to do. I’ll help you adapt everything to your context.
Here’s some industries I have worked with: coaches (business, leadership, poker, health, mindset, sales), therapists, tutors, physical therapists, fertility experts, dog trainers and sleep consultants. The common thread is they all want to create a more leveraged model to serve their clients in a group or hybrid group and 1-1.

Absolutely. We'll look at your existing client base, where you have the most credibility, who you can deliver the biggest ROI to and where your zone of genius is to hone in your profitable niche.
-
Yes. About half my clients join with an existing group programme. Either because they want to shift from a cohort model to evergreen and remove high-pressure launches, or they already have an evergreen programme but want to improve their messaging, marketing and sales systems to enrol more clients into it.
-
In our kick-off call, I’ll help figure out the right pace for you.
Most clients spend 5 hours per week between calls, curriculum, and implementation. Some weeks less, some more depending on what stage of your programme build/marketing you’re at.
-
Nope! I’ll share my favourite tools but there is no requirement to use them. I show you how to create a minimum viable product which costs virtually nothing. Our group uses a huge range of tech and we openly share what we love (and what we don’t!).
-
It’s kind of up to you. I’ve had clients take their group programme to market within a month, and others have taken 3-6 months. You can be the tortoise or the hare. There’s no right or wrong - just your own timeline and how much time you can commit.
-
No. There are a lot of people who will teach you how to build a ‘high-converting automated webinar’. The problem is, these are tech-heavy, cumbersome to create, and often they don’t work - and it’s hard to figure out why. Plus, they’re often filled with salesy BS instead of actual value.
Personally, I don’t love buying from automated webinars either - it feels impersonal and salesy.
I prefer creating buying experiences that are led by human connection. That might be live workshops, sales calls or chatting via DMs and sending people to a google doc or sales page.
You may want to test an automated webinar once you’ve mastered selling your programme, but I don’t believe it’s a sensible place to start. It’s too easy to put in a shit load of work and make no sales. Automation follows mastery.
If you want to create an automated webinar, I’m not the best person to help you with that.
-
I enrol up to 5 new Amplifiers each month. Assuming I have space, you can start as soon as we can make our calendars align. Please note, I don't work in August.
-
No. And I want to be upfront about that. Your results depend on many factors - your effort, your audience, your niche, your pricing, and even your personal circumstances outside of business.
What I do guarantee is this:
You’ll get access to a proven framework that’s helped over 250 clients design and sell group programmes.
You’ll have my personal support (and that of the Amplify coach, Copy Coach, Ads Specialist and community) every step of the way.
Most clients make their investment back with their first launch. Many go on to create consistent group programme revenue. But it’s not automatic, and I won’t pretend it is.
-
Most clients choose to continue. You can roll into Amplify alumni at £900 + VAT per quarter for ongoing coaching, support, and community. That way you don’t lose momentum.
