A few years ago, my business looked a lot like yours might now.

I was fully booked with 1:1 clients. On paper, it looked like success. But in reality, I finished most days too drained to even hold a conversation at dinner. I was missing dog walks, scrambling through school drop-offs, and building exactly the kind of business I'd started my own company to escape.

So, I tried all the usual ways to 'scale' beyond 1:1.

I launched a membership and grew it to £10K months, only to realise the model was overly complicated and lacked the close client relationships I loved most.

I tried every format of group programme and ended up stuck in relentless launch-and-deliver cycles that made marketing exhausting and left my income back at zero once it finished.

I juggled so many offers that I completely lost sight of who my ideal client was and what I was actually known for.

Stage 2: Successful groups, stuck in launches
You’ve run group programmes in cohorts, but filling each round is unpredictable and exhausting. We’ll help you transition to evergreen delivery with marketing and sales systems that bring clients in consistently.

Stage 3: Evergreen programme, ready to scale
You’ve got an evergreen group running but want to grow further. We’ll sharpen your positioning, refine client support, and amplify enrolment with advanced strategies (including ads and micro-launches).

Step 2: I’ll record you a personal video reply

I’ll look over your application and send you a video sharing my honest thoughts on fit. 

I’ve worked with over 200 clients inside Amplify, and I’ve got a good sense of who this programme really works for and who might need something different.

If I think I can help, I’ll offer you a place and let you know the date of the next kick-off call. And if it’s not a fit, I’ll usually have a suggestion for what might be a better fit.

  • Amplify is designed for service-based business owners who are fully booked or close to it, and who already have an audience (email list, social following, referrals) but want to move into a more leveraged model. If you’re at the stage where you’ve proven demand for your 1:1 work and you’re ready to reach more people without burning out, this is for you.

  • A small, warm audience is enough to start. We’ll look at where your people are, how to invite them into your programme, and how to grow steadily in a way that suits your personality. If you don’t have any audience at all, you’ll find Amplify a stretch - I’d recommend waiting until you’ve got that piece in place.

  • Amplify works across industries: coaching, therapy, consulting, education, even niche services. The frameworks are flexible but specific enough that you won’t be left wondering what to do. I’ll help you adapt everything to your context.

    Here’s some industries I have worked with: coaches (business, leadership, poker, health, mindset, sales), therapists, tutors, physical therapists, fertility experts, dog trainers and sleep consultants. The common thread is they all want to create a more leveraged model to serve their clients in a group or hybrid group and 1-1.

  • Of course you can. Many do.

    But most people come to me when they’re tired of winging it. You want to avoid the missteps and time-wasting that comes with trying to figure it out alone

    Maybe you’ve spent months creating a course outline in your notes app, piecing together free advice and you’re still not sure how to structure your offer, deliver it well, or get clients to actually sign up.

    You might have thrown together a group programme before, but it felt scrappy and you have no idea if you were doing it in the best way to keep clients engaged and getting results.

    And for many, the hardest part is consistency: without the right marketing and sales systems in place, each time you try to enrol clients feels like starting from scratch, with no clear way to fill your group again and again.

    This is why so many swear off groups altogether, because when they’re not set up the right way, it’s exhausting. You pour energy into creating your programme only to have a handful of people join, results are hit-and-miss, and it feels like a heavy lift every single time.

  • Absolutely. We'll look at your existing client base, where you have the most credibility, who you can deliver the biggest ROI to and where your zone of genius is to hone in your profitable niche.

  • Yes. About half my clients join with an existing group programme. Either because they want to shift from a cohort model to evergreen and remove high-pressure launches, or they already have an evergreen programme but want to improve their messaging, marketing and sales systems to enrol more clients into it.

  • In our kick-off call, I’ll help figure out the right pace for you.

    Most clients spend 3–5 hours per week between calls, curriculum, and implementation. Some weeks less, some more depending on what stage of your programme build/marketing you’re at.

  • Nope! I’ll share my favourite tools but there is no requirement to use them. I show you how to create a minimum viable product which costs virtually nothing. Our group uses a huge range of tech and we openly share what we love (and what we don’t!).

  • It’s kind of up to you. I’ve had clients take their group programme to market within a month, and others have taken 3-6 months. You can be the tortoise or the hare. There’s no right or wrong - just your own timeline and how much time you can commit.

  • No. There are a lot of people who will teach you how to build a ‘high-converting automated webinar’. The problem is, these are tech-heavy, cumbersome to create, and often they don’t work - and it’s hard to figure out why. Plus, they’re often filled with salesy BS instead of actual value.

    Personally, I don’t love buying from automated webinars either - it feels impersonal and salesy.

    I prefer creating buying experiences that are led by human connection. That might be live workshops, sales calls or chatting via DMs and sending people to a google doc or sales page.

    You may want to test an automated webinar once you’ve mastered selling your programme, but I don’t believe it’s a sensible place to start. It’s too easy to put in a shit load of work and make no sales. Automation follows mastery.

    If you want to create an automated webinar, I’m not the best person to help you with that.

  • I enrol up to 5 new Amplifiers each month. Assuming I have space, you can start as soon as we can make our calendars align. Please note, I don't work in August.

  • No. And I want to be upfront about that. Your results depend on many factors - your effort, your audience, your niche, your pricing, and even your personal circumstances outside of business.

    What I do guarantee is this:

    • You’ll get access to a proven framework that’s helped over 200 clients design and sell group programmes.

    • You’ll have my personal support (and that of the Amplify coach, Copy Coach, Ads Specialist and community) every step of the way.
