Lesson 1: Simplify To Scale

In this lesson you learn why adding more and more offers sabotages business growth and sacrifices your time freedom.

We explore the low-end vs high-end offer debate: I’ll share my experience of running memberships, low-end groups and high-end groups and how to choose the right offer for your niche, lifestyle and bank balance.

Finally, we look at how we can radically simplify your business model so you can reach your income goals working less hours.

We dig deep into what people will (and won’t) pay for and what programme structure best leverages your time whilst delivering incredible client results.

Lesson 3: Evergreen Marketing and Sales

Launches are exhausting and unpredictable. They work… until they don’t.

In this lesson, I share my rationale for why evergreen programmes work better for everyone (your sanity, bank balance, marketing & sales and clients).

Then you learn the marketing and sales systems you need in place to enrol into your group programme on a rolling monthly basis.
