Problem: I had a 1:1 programme but it was feeling repetitive and it wasn’t lighting me up.

Result: A new niche and a successful group programme, with my ideal clients.

“In Amplify, Gemma makes sure we’ve got everything we need to make our programmes a viable thing going forward.”

Before working with Gemma…

I had a mini-version of the group programme I have now. I was getting clients through it but I felt like I was saying the same thing over and over again. The content was the same, and it wasn’t lighting me up anymore.

I had a system that was working but it was one on one and repetitive. I wanted to change the delivery model to make it more scaleable.

Anita’s Key Points

  • I wanted to build my signature programme but I wasn’t sure how to get started. I knew I wanted to do something like this after being on other people’s programmes.

  • Because I had plenty of people doing it 1:1, I thought it could work really well as a group programme.

  • In Amplify the whole “Social Media for Introverts” message was born. I wanted to do something different, and I knew I was already drawn to working with introverts, and these were the kind of clients I was attracting.

  • It was a big testing exercise to start with to see what would land with my audience. With a group programme you have to go more niche. I had to get more specific on the “who” and this is what I did in Amplify.

  • Once I figured this out, I spoke to people in my audience to see what they thought. Everyone loved it and it was pretty easy to get people onto the programme.

  • Selling the programme in Beta before it was built worked really well. I need a deadline, and also it meant it was being shaped into something people wanted. In Amplify it’s recommended that you create something as you go, rather than creating everything then trying to sell it.

  • I now have my signature group progarmme which had been in my head for years. I’m feeling really good about it and I’m attracting the kind of clients I love working with. It’s a small collaborative community and Gemma has taught me how to keep it that way.

  • Launching as an introvert drains me so the Evergreen group programme model was attractive to me. I also want people to come into the programme when they’re ready. I can work with my natural lead flow, avoid launches and allow my audience to buy on my timeline.

  • Sales calls are easy. I’m using the method and asking the questions that Gemma has taught me and it’s feels so easy.

  • My biggest take away from Amplify has been to go with my gut and trust the process, and the leads will come.

  • I’m looking forward to finish recording all the modules for my programme, and just being able to focus on my marketing for the programme.

Who would you recommend Amplify to?

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a solid 1:1 offer and wants to free up their time by turning it into a group programme, while helping more clients.
