How Kath went from no strategy to consistent 5K months

When Kath joined TNT she had no strategy and no consistent way to attract clients.

A bit about me and what I stand for
I'm a former teacher (secondary school English) and corporate sales manager turned Business Coach.
I'm a certified coach, in case that's important to you, and I have a knack for marketing and sales.
I have grown my business to multi-six figures and helped hundreds (nearly a thousand) women grow their business including stuff like finally quitting their employed gig, nailing their marketing and sales strategy, having successful launches, learning how to sell without launches and scaling to 10k months and beyond.
I don't believe in quick fix marketing
(although I do think the right actions can get you results quickly).
I believe implementing your marketing and sales foundation will allow you to create a sustainable business and hit consistent 2/5/10k months.
Stuff like creating an offer your audience actually wants and learning how to position it, growing an engaged audience, creating expert content and learning how to sell your thang.
I think you can do all of the above in an authentic way or in a bit of a dickish underhand way. I'm a fan of the former.
I also believe if you're not disciplined and focussed, I can give you all the strategy in the world but you won't take action. So I teach focus and productivity and what it looks like to craft 6 week action cycles that allow you to see results.

How EJ made £13k in one month and booked out her services
When EJ first joined TNT she hadn’t yet landed a client. Her website was half built and she was about to embark as a coach and consultant charging by the hour.

Want to create super complicated sales funnels with lots of moving parts and want support with this. I’m a huge fan of simple business models. A few core offerings. Simple lead generation and sales, ideally involving a person and not a bunch of automations. I’m not the best person to help you create a multi-layered sales funnel.
Your main focus is creating passive income products. Our membership is focussed on selling services - these might be semi-passive, but our membership is not focussed around product creation and launches.
Are offended by swearing or see disturbances as unprofessional. I’m a casual kinda business owner. I have a dog who barks every time someone knocks on the door. I swear a bit. I left the corporate gig behind for a reason and I just show up as me, sometimes in my gym gear.

+ How much time will it take?
Honestly, it’s completely up to you. It’s your space to dip in and out. Sometimes you might completely gorge on trainings and some weeks you might take a step back.
+ Is there any other support included?
No - you are buying the DIY resource library and you will be invited to our student only community. You are most welcome to ask for support in there and our members are incredibly supportive. I will also be in there supporting, but this is because I want to rather than it being a paid benefit.
